Location: Allison Park, PA Type: Full Time Schedule: Tuesday -Saturday Minimum Experience:Two years maintenance experience and/or training. High School or GED required, Trade School or Industry Training is a plus! What You’ll Do You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our apartment community running smoothly. That means:

• Handling service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
• Getting empty homes move-in ready
• Keeping the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
• Doing preventive maintenance and inspections
• Jumping in on snow removal and sharing on-call shifts
• Creating a great resident experience with friendly, professional service
