Hybrid Work Eligibility | 100 Years in Business | Grow with us DH Pace Company, Inc. is hiring an entry-level Recruiting Specialist to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Olathe, KS. This role is eligible for a hybrid work schedule following an introductory period. You will work alongside the Sr. Recruiting Specialist to support Recruiters with day-to-day recruiting operations. This is a highly administrative role and a great entry-point to a career in Recruiting or Human Resources. What You'll Do Support Recruiters with day-to-day recruiting operations, including interviewscheduling, candidate communications, and workflow coordination. Initiate pre-employment background checks, drug screens, and DOT physicals;monitor results and elevate or advance candidates as appropriate. Initiate the onboarding process and complete Employee Action Forms (asnecessary) for new hires. Collect and verify I-9 documentation from new hires in accordance with federalrequirements. Create and manage ID Badge access. Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers when theassigned Recruiter is unavailable or out of office, ensuring continuity ofcommunication and process. Manage the recruiting hotline; respond to candidate inquiries in a timely andprofessional manner. Register for, track, and attend career fairs and recruiting events; travel as needed. Additional responsibilities as assigned. What You Bring Bachelor's degree and some previous experience or education in HR / Recruiting is preferred. Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Desire to learn a grow a long-term career in Human Resources.
