At Friendship Village Retirement Community, our Receptionists are more than just the friendly face at the front desk - they are the heart of first impressions, the voice that welcomes families, and the helping hand that keeps our community running smoothly.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Greeting residents and guests
• Answering a multi-line phone system
• Scheduling resident transportation
• Scheduling guest and party rooms
• Money handling
• General office duties
• Provide strict confidentiality for our residents, staff and guests

Working Hours:

• Average 22-23 hours per week
• Core hours Monday, Thursday and Friday 9am - 5pm
• Occasional weekend hours Sat 8am - 5pm and Sun 8am - 2pm
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional additional shifts is appreciated.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, upbeat, and dependable
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
• A team player with great customer service skills
• Confident using Microsoft Word and Outlook
