Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-Time

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Administer medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document resident vital signs, conditions, and progress
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of care and services
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services provided
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and services
