Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, goal-driven Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will consult with prospective and existing clients to assess their coverage needs, recommend tailored policy solutions, and close sales to meet monthly production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and convert qualified leads through networking, outbound calls, and referral channels with local businesses.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate coverage options (Life and Health).
• Quote rates, explain complex coverage terms, and bind insurance policies.
• Maintain active records of client interactions, policy status, and sales pipelines in our database.
• Manage account renewals and identify cross-selling opportunities within your book of business.
• Collaborate with underwriters to ensure accurate policy issuance and state compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Licensing: Active State Insurance License ( Life & Health required).
• Experience: 1+ years of sales, tele-sales, or customer-facing experience in insurance or financial services.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, EZLynx) and Microsoft Office.
• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, active listening, written/verbal communication, and time-management abilities.
