Join Mozaic (A Chapter of The Arc NY) as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities build independence, achieve personal goals, and live meaningful lives.As a DSP in our Day Services program, you'll provide encouragement, guidance, and hands-on support while empowering people we support to make choices, explore their interests, and participate fully in their community. No two days are the same. You may help someone learn a new skill, build confidence in social settings, enjoy recreational activities, or achieve an important personal milestone.You'll play an important role in creating a positive and supportive environment by assisting with daily living needs, promoting health and safety, and encouraging community involvement.
