Description Store Manager Job Description Manages and markets Pizza Loca establishment by performing the following duties personally or through an Assistant Manager, being able to take over any position without previous notice. Duties & Responsibilities Supervises all daily operations of the store, including but not limited to Taking guest orders via phone, in-person, and internet Ensuring that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times Creating and managing store schedule and acting upon restaurant staffing needs Filling in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations Assisting cashiers on customer orders Ensuring that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards Cleaning and operation of store equipment Cleaning and maintenance of all areas of the store Incoming delivery of inventory and supplies Effectively implementing, maintaining, and correcting (if necessary) processes and procedures for the following, in accordance with the Pizza Loca standards Enforcing food safety practices that comply with federal, state, and local regulations Being in charge of all cash handling and money procedures at the store Qualifications Be at least 18 years of age Possess suitable communication skills to create a positive interaction experience with our customers Restaurant management experience preferred but not required Other Requirements Full time availability including weekends and night time shifts Take and fill orders Exceptional leadership skills Manage sums of money daily Communicate with the customers in a professional manner Assist with clean-up of the store Have use of a properly maintained, licensed, and street-legal vehicle capable of driving in case it is needed Maintain minimal or higher insurance coverage as mandated by state law, in case it needs to assist with doing deliveries Maintain an acceptable driving record as stipulated by company policy and insurance carrier Be able to work in a sitting while driving, standing, and walking position with frequent changes between positions Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds Have exceptional grooming and hygiene habits Position Requirements Location: Store # 87 This position is currently accepting applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
