Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Full Time Arbor Village | Solstice at Pointe Defiance Flexible Scheduling | 85-90% Productivity | Therapist Owned Independence Rehab Independence Rehab is actively seeking a Full-Time Outpatient Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team at Arbor Village in Kent, and Solstice at Pointe Defiance in Tacoma , both very well-regarded assisted living facilities. About the Role As a COTA in a skilled nursing setting, you'll split time between Pointe Defiance and Arbor Village on an outpatient basis, working collaboratively with the therapy team to support residents through rehabilitation, recovery, and long-term care-helping them achieve meaningful progress and improved quality of life.
