Position Summary: WME is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our Beverly Hills headquarters. The ideal candidate must work well in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Candidates should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels and backgrounds. Responsibilities: Manage daily front desk operations: handle incoming calls, provide customer service & hospitality, and manage clients and visitors. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook. Maintain a friendly, professional, and polite attitude, adaptable to changing situations. Be self-motivated and a quick learner. Experience: At least 1 year of reception or administrative experience preferred. General office experience is also preferred. Previous agency experience is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required. Additional Information: The salary range for this position is $17.27 to $21.00 hourly, based on location, qualifications, and experience.
