What You'll Do As an Assistant Manager , you'll play a key role in the success of your store by: Leading & Supporting: Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and step into their role when needed. Supervise, train, and support team members to keep everything running smoothly Delivering Great Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with purchases, and resolve issues with professionalism and care. Build positive relationships with regular guests Managing the Store: Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and safe. Follow company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age-restricted sales Driving Efficiency: Manage inventory, complete reports, and help maintain high operational standards Requirements What We're Looking For We're searching for team players who are ready to step up and lead. Experience: 2-4 years in a supervisory or customer service role Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
