Shift: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - Berkshire Health System.

Unit / Facility Details: Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need. This is a firm requirement

Must be available for all holidays as/if needed

On Call Requirements: Call required as needed / Rotating call schedule

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required
