Compensation Package Salary Range : $50,000 - $70,000 annually (commensurate with experience) Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Manage and service a book of business, including standard and high-net-worth personal lines accounts Handle renewals (approximately 80% of workload) and quote new business (approximately 20% of workload) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment Qualifications/Requirements Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required Experience : Open to candidates with varying levels of experience; compensation will be commensurate with experience Software Skills : Experience with AMS360 is preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented office environment A proven track record of consistent job tenure in previous roles is required #LI-KH1 The Jonus Group
