Employee Relations Associate

Providing administrative and case-management support for employee relations matters, the contract Employee Relations Associate will manage the intake, documentation, and closure of employee relations cases in a fully remote capacity. Key responsibilities Supports the timely and consistent intake, documentation, tracking, and closure of employee relations cases Maintains accurate case records and coordinates investigation-related meetings while ensuring proper documentation in EthicsPoint Acts as a coordination point among Employee Relations, HR Business Partners, managers, employees, and other stakeholders Required qualifications 3+ years of HR experience Experience supporting employee relations Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion Strong organizational skills to monitor administrative next steps Experience working in a nonprofit organization is preferred
