This in-person Line Cook / Prep Cook opportunity is ideal for a motivated kitchen professional who enjoys scratch cooking, polished plate presentation, and the energy of a high-quality private club environment. You will build valuable experience across à la carte service, banquet-style batch cooking, breakfast, pantry preparation, and more while working with a team that values consistency, pride, and exceptional food quality.

What You Will Do:

• Prepare fresh, high-quality menu items using strong foundational techniques, including sautéing, broiling, flat top grill cooking, soup making, and pasta preparation.
• Support daily prep and service needs by accurately portioning ingredients, completing mise en place, and maintaining organized workstations.
• Execute attractive plate presentation that reflects club standards and creates an elevated dining experience for members and guests.
• Work collaboratively with chefs and fellow cooks during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special-event service while maintaining urgency and composure.
• Follow recipes, production standards, and food-cost expectations to reduce waste and help deliver consistent results.
• Safely prepare food for dietary restrictions, special diets, and guest preferences with close attention to detail.

What You Bring:

• You have proven line cook, prep cook, kitchen cook, restaurant cook, or chef de partie experience in a fast-paced food service setting.
• You demonstrate confident knife skills, including safe and efficient cutting, trimming, portioning, and ingredient preparation.
• You are committed to food quality, cleanliness, proper food handling, and consistent execution from prep through final plating.
• You can follow recipes and chef direction while managing multiple tasks and staying focused during busy service periods.
• You bring a dependable, team-first attitude and take pride in contributing to an organized, positive kitchen culture.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Culinary Arts degree or formal culinary training is welcomed, though hands-on professional kitchen experience is also highly valued.
• Experience with scratch cooking, pastry making, pantry stations, menu planning, food cost management, or high-volume batch cooking will help you excel.

Compensation and Benefits:

• This position pays $19 per hour.
• Eligible team members receive Holiday Pay and Paid Time Off.
