Account Manager
As account manager for The Hale Agencies, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Benefits include 401(k) matching, opportunity for advancement, paid time off, and training & development.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships to drive retention and growth, conducting policy reviews and providing recommendations to clients, overseeing the resolution of complex customer issues, and training and mentoring junior staff.
Qualifications include strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

We are located in Olathe, KS and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, and retirement planning.
