About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Operations to take on a pivotal role in the enterprise, with a focus on end-to-end operational execution across its network services portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational leadership that spans network operations, project management, service delivery, billing operations, vendor management, and compliance. This role demands a strategic partner who can work closely with executive leadership to drive scalable growth, ensure all operational deliverables are met in a timely and budget-compliant manner, and continuously improve systems and processes for efficient operations. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Operations include owning the operational backbone of the organization, developing and implementing operational systems and processes, leading the transition of operational functions, and serving as the senior escalation point for client-facing delivery issues. The role also involves strategic planning, budget management, team leadership, and fostering a high-performance, client-focused culture. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 7-10 years of progressive operations leadership experience, including 3-5 years at a senior level. A background in telecommunications, networking, managed services, or infrastructure environments is essential, as is a proven track record in budget and P&L management, strong KPI and data-driven decision-making experience, and excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
