Hudson's Restaurant and Catering is a family owned and operated restaurant. The owners are brothers, JJ and Kevin Altomare graduated from The Culinary Institute of America and have been creating memorable dishes and experiences together for the past 19 years in Northeast Ohio. We currently offer lunch and dinner 6 days per week, as well as brunch on Saturdays. We also have created pop up bars for Halloween, Christmas and St. Patrick's ! We serve lunch and dinner six days a week , plus Saturday brunch , and we’re known for our innovative menus and themed pop-up events that bring joy and excitement to every season. What You’ll Do Set up and stock stations with all necessary ingredients and supplies Prepare ingredients for service (chopping, butchering, sauces, etc.) Cook and plate menu items with consistency and precision Collaborate with chefs and kitchen managers to execute service smoothly Clean and maintain your station during and after shifts Rotate and restock inventory as needed Ensure all food leaves the kitchen promptly, beautifully presented, and up to our standards Follow all sanitation, safety, and health guidelines Maintain a positive, professional attitude with teammates and guests What We’re Looking For 2+ years of kitchen experience preferred (line cook, prep cook, or similar) Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and time management Excellent understanding of cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment Weekend availability and reliable transportation Culinary school training is a plus but not required Perks & Benefits Competitive pay starting at $16/hour + (based on experience) Flexible schedule Employee discounts on food and drinks Referral bonus program A supportive team that values creativity and growth Be Part of the Magic!
