Interior Assistant Superintendent

Job Description
- Supervise and manage interior construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project schedules.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor quality control processes to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Assist in resolving on-site challenges and conflicts to keep the project on track.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and protocols on construction sites.
- Collaborate with project managers to communicate progress and address any delays.
- Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
- Document daily activities and prepare reports for internal and client review.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Interior Assistant Superintendent should have:
- A background in construction management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols in construction.
