The IQOS Territory Excellence Representative is responsible for driving the sales, distribution, visibility, and execution of IQOS heated tobacco products within an assigned retail geography. This role focuses on building strong retailer partnerships, ensuring flawless in‐store execution, and maintaining consistent availability, pricing, and merchandising standards across the territory. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented sales professional with experience in non-durable consumer goods, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to execute defined sales processes while managing multiple store priorities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ø  Service and support IQOS heated tobacco products in retail stores throughout the assigned territory.

Ø  Ensure IQOS products are always in stock, meeting inventory standards and preventing out-of-stocks.

Ø  Drive new item distribution and placement in accordance with company priorities.

Ø  Execute promotional programs with excellence, ensuring all materials are current, visible, and compliant.

Ø  Ensure pricing consistency across the market area, addressing discrepancies and ensuring adherence to established price structures.

Ø  Ensure all products meet freshness and rotation standards in every assigned account.

Ø  B2C support in local activation and brand building of IQOS Heated Tobacco products

Ø  Merchandise IQOS products to company standards, including fixtures, signage, and point-of-sale materials.

Ø  Install, maintain, and remove promotional materials as required, ensuring clean, professional presentation.

Ø  Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with pricing, promotions, and merchandising standards.

Skills/Knowledge:

Ø  Build trusted relationships with retail owners, managers, and key decision-makers.

Ø  Act as a knowledgeable consultant for IQOS products, promotions, and retail best practices.

Ø  Handle all administrative aspects of the role, including expense reporting, sales documentation, and territory planning.

Ø  Manage and distribute point-of-sale materials responsibly and accurately.

Ø  Ensure timely submission of all reports and required documentation.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Ø  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent directly related work experience.

Ø  Some directly related experience in non-durable consumer goods sales.

Ø  Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ø  Demonstrated problem-solving ability and creative solution development.

Ø  Critical thinking skills with the ability to assess and act effectively in selling situations.

Ø  Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable sales plans.

Ø  Proven planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize activities to achieve results.

Ø  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business math.

Physical Requirements:

Ø  Must live within the assigned geographic territory.

Ø  Must have an active drivers license with a good driving record.

Ø  Reliable personal vehicle preferred.

Ø  Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Ø  Ability to lift, push, pull, reach, and perform overhead work as part of daily sales activities.

Ø  Ability to carry bags and boxes:

o   Up to 10 lbs frequently

o   Up to 20 lbs occasionally

o   Up to 50 lbs seldom
