Remote AI Quality Strategy Architect

Crawford & Company

Crawford & Company is seeking an AI Solutions Architect - Quality Strategy to drive the Quality-at-Source vision across engineering teams. The role focuses on embedding quality into AI-driven development, leading standards, tooling, and a proactive lifecycle with TDD/BDD practices.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to implement V&V standards for AI applications and build a culture of continuous improvement, metrics-driven delivery, and cross-functional influence.
