Scientific Associate Product Marketing Manager

Redwood City, CACommercial – Marketing /Full-time /RemoteOur marketing team is looking for an associate product marketer to drive growth for existing solutions and our emerging product portfolio. In this entry role, you will work closely with our marketing team and product managers to ideate, develop, execute, and track the success of content and marketing campaigns and our go-to-market strategies. You will help develop product positioning and compelling messaging based on knowledge of features and benefits of our products and the understanding of our customer needs. You will also support product development projects to ensure that marketing campaigns are planned, prepared, and executed in a timely manner. Content writing skills will be used regularly in this role, both for active campaigns and general support of products, application areas and blogs to help provide visibility to our solutions. This person will understand the importance of stakeholder management and work well cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Product Management, and other key groups.What You'll Do: Help achieve the financial and strategic business objectives for product marketingCollaboratively develop marketing plans, content, and campaigns to drive business growth and support product managers on product launches to drive market adoption through our go-to-market strategies such as product positioning & messaging, content development, development of use cases, customer segmentation and personasWrite new web content, articles, and case studies to reinforce marketing objectives, visibility and engagement.Support campaigns and new product launches by working with product managers, implementing strong digital marketing campaigns, web pages, advertising and social media marketing, event support, to create all necessary assets to support solutionsSupport sales, product management, and marketing through sales tools, training and market expertise to ensure their ability to effectively position and sell productsDevelop, track, and report marketing key performance indicators (KPIs) based on objectives and key results (OKRs)Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline marketing workflows, support research and content development, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Plan and coordinate live/tradeshow event activities as assignedAbout You: MA/MS/PhD or 5+ years of technical experience in life sciences1+ years of experience in product marketing / product management / technical support preferredExpertise in life sciences and a strong understanding of gene editing technology and molecular biology workflowsStrong understanding of customer needs in drug discovery & development, life science research, and/or molecular diagnostics organizations.Exposure to developing, running, and tracking marketing campaigns that align with corporate goalsExposure to product positioning and developing messaging that resonates with our target customersGood working knowledge of marketing data, ability to translate data results into actionable improvement plansHands-on experience using generative AI tools for research, content creation, competitive analysis, or workflow optimization, with the ability to critically evaluate outputs for accuracy and quality is preferredGreat problem solver with exceptional written and verbal communication skillsGreat creativity to develop unique campaigns that drive our businessesFluency in Microsoft is required; knowledge of Google tools, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Biorender is preferredCompany Perks & Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits401k ProgramPaid Parental LeaveFlexible Paid Time Off Education Reimbursement Program$80,000 - $105,000 a yearOur Mission Synthego is a pioneering force in the biotechnology industry, dedicated to advancing the frontiers of CRISPR cell and gene therapies through cutting-edge CRISPR technology and expertise.
