Immigration Paralegal

Responsibilities Preparing applications for Adjustment of Status and Consular Processing (I-485, I-130, I-360, I-864, I-765, I-131, DS-260). Drafting I-601A waivers, N-400 applications, DACA applications, I-751 petitions, and U visa applications for USCIS. Preparing waiver applications for the Immigration Courts (EOIR-42A, EOIR-42B, I-589). Assisting with SIJS petitions for submission to New York and New Jersey Family Courts. Compiling evidentiary packets for Immigration Court proceedings. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Immigrantation Paralegal (preferred) Fluent in English and Spanish (required) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment Work Schedule Office Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Experience: Immigration Paralegal: 2 years (Required) Language: Spanish (Required) Ability to Commute: New York, NY 10001 (Required) Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr ImmigrationJobs
