Job Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• At least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience
• Current CPR certification
• Active Physical Therapist license in good standing, as required by state practice regulations
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining a patient-centered approach

Responsibilities

• Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction
• Provide discipline-specific therapy services and guide treatment progression toward discharge goals
• Design functional treatment programs that support a safe and effective return to community activities, work, and daily living
• Document evaluations, goals, progress, and related clinical information accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure care is delivered under valid physician orders and within applicable authorization guidelines
• Educate patients, families, students, coworkers, and self to support positive outcomes and professional growth
• Promote patient and employee safety by following established safety policies and best practices
• Contribute to quality improvement efforts and uphold professional standards, confidentiality, and code of conduct expectations
