Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled CT Tech to perform diagnostic imaging procedures in a fast-paced hospital environment. The ideal candidate will support the emergency department with timely and accurate scans, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Operate GE and Siemens CT equipment to perform standard scans with precision.
• Collaborate with ER staff to expedite patient throughput and manage trauma and stroke cases effectively.
• Adhere to documentation protocols using Meditech and GE Centricity systems.
• Maintain equipment safety, calibration, and cleaning standards.
• Support unit policies by following dress codes and procedural guidelines.
• Assist with patient positioning, communication, and ensuring a friendly, patient-focused experience.

Qualifications:

• Hold ARRT CT certification and applicable Florida license.
• Possess at least 2 years of CT imaging experience, including trauma and stroke cases.
• Proficient in GE scanner operation and Terra Recon or similar reformatting platforms.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of emergency protocols and patient care standards.
• BLS certification is required.
• Able to work overnight shifts, including weekends.
