What We\'re Looking For Applicants should have a current Kentucky or compact state LPN license and be a Graduate of an approved practical nursing program. Additional requirements include: Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required within one month of hire Education: Associate\'s degree preferred Required Skills Critical thinking skills Decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
