Key Responsibilities Provide direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy. Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs. Celebrate every victory and support patient recovery. Qualifications Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations. CPR certification. Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
