Job Description

In this role, you will perform complex laboratory analyses, interpret test results, and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate has extensive microbiology laboratory experience, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality results. Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced microbiological testing and analysis on clinical and environmental specimens.
• Interpret laboratory findings and prepare accurate, timely reports.
• Operate, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instrumentation.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff to support continuous process improvements and quality initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, Medical Technology, or a related scientific field required.
• Minimum of four years of progressive microbiology laboratory experience.
• Strong knowledge of microbiological testing methods, laboratory instrumentation, and quality control procedures.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
