Job Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project objectives.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information and pricing data.
• Develop and manage preconstruction schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Provide value engineering recommendations to optimize project cost and efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and construction methods.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and managing procurement processes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.

• Experience with construction cost estimating and preconstruction management.
