RN Mother-Baby - Fulltime - Days

Role Registered Nurse in the W.E.S.T. Float Team, providing flexible, high-quality patient care across multiple hospital units. Responsibilities Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care using assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Manage complex clinical situations with critical thinking and clinical judgment. Administer medications and perform safety checks diligently. Educate and empower patients and families regarding procedures, treatments, and recovery plans. Ensure safety and quality by verifying patient identities, following protocols, and meticulous documentation. Qualifications & Skills Diploma from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. Active RN license (Single State or Compact) and BLS certification; NRP required, ACLS & PALS preferred. Minimum 2+ years recent Mother/Baby nursing experience in a hospital setting. Fluent in English, with excellent collaboration, time management, and stress management skills.
