HR Specialist: Benefits, Payroll & Talent Onboarding

The United States Courts in Delaware seeks a dedicated HR Specialist to support clerk’s office staff, judicial officers, and chambers staff. The role covers benefits administration, payroll processing, recruitment, on-boarding and orientation, performance management, and the employment lifecycle with an emphasis on discretion and professional service.
