Licensed Associate Counselor

Responsibilities

• New patient intake and orientation
• Conduct initial assessment of patient problems and needs and report to clinical team to initiate treatment planning
• Conduct individual sessions
• Facilitate group sessions with patients
• Address patients' concerns and help eliminate possibility of AMA
• Provide case management
• Provide tours for prospective patients and families as requested
• Document in patient medical record

Requirements

• Have one of the following credentials: LAC, LPC, LSW, or LCSW
• Hold a current, clean, active mental health license or certification
• New graduates welcome
• Experience conducting group sessions
• Flexibility and willingness are desirable attributes

Schedule

• Full Time, Monday - Friday
• 1 PM - 9:30 PM

Compensation

• Hourly rate competitive with experience and location
