Sign On Bonus: $2,000

Provide individual support, as needed, such as crisis intervention, referrals to other resources, liaising with outside parties involved in the member's treatment and coordinating with the Care Navigators.

As census increases, you will lead 3-4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.

Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.

Monitor member progress and document outcomes.

Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups' mission.

LCSW

High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.

Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.

Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.

Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT.
