Nurse Administrator

Overview Healthcare Facility in New Orleans is looking to hire an experienced Health Services Administrator with an RN background in Louisiana. This is a full-time position with an immediate hire and a day shift. Responsibilities Lead and manage health services administrative functions, including financial, clinical, and human resources systems. Coordinate coverage for RN and LPN staff, including backup for the Director of Nursing (DON). Promote the highest quality of patient care and effective leadership within the facility. Qualifications RN background required; BSN or ADN required. Previous leadership experience preferred. Experience in ER, PC, and Acute Care settings is advantageous. Day shift; 8-hour shifts; M-F. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making skills.
