Coaches and develops sales team, leads regular sales team meetings and manages team progress towards fiscal and business objectives within a fast-paced B2B media sales environment.**Job Description****Core Responsibilities*** Oversees the hiring, training, evaluating and assisting of a motivated staff to carry out automotive advertising sales functions.* Develops relationships with clients, advertising agencies and automotive associations in the marketplace alongside sales team members.* Creates a positive, winning sales culture where automotive category expertise and sales skills are continually growing and developing.* Coaches advertising account executives to develop presentations and proposals that meet automotive clients' needs and budget requirements.* Works collaboratively with sellers and partner teams in developing business pitches and sales presentations that support the product value proposition.* Provides regular sales forecasting and business reviews.* Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.* Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
