Responsibilities

Accounts Payable is a critical part of our business. This team is primarily responsible for making sure that payment to vendors is prompt, consistent, and accurate. The team keeps our business running smoothly and our relationships with our vendors positive.

The Accounts Payable position is responsible for printing, collating, and filing accounts payable documents (purchase orders, receiving paperwork, vendor invoices, and check remittance stubs) consistent with standard accounting practices and established company procedures and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Print receiving paperwork and vendor invoices on a timely basis as received via email.
• Print drop shipment purchase orders to match to vendor invoices.
• Collate purchase orders, receiving paperwork, and vendor invoices to expedite accounts payable data entry.
• Accurately file accounts payable paperwork.
• Pull vendor invoices, match to check remittance stubs, and prepare accounts payable checks for mailing.
• Accurately file accounts payable paperwork.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as invoice quantity and unit prices, and vendor discounts.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma and 2-3 years minimum experience
