Samsung Field Sales Manager

Overview Samsung is seeking a Retail Field Sales Manager to join the Field Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be a brand advocate for Samsung and its product ecosystem. This position is responsible for driving brand awareness through merchandising excellence, conducting product training to build product knowledge, and improving shoppers' purchase journey to drive sell‑out results. This role will support multiple retail channels to execute business needs. Job Details Job Type: Regular Work Location: Market - SAMFSM - MA - Framingham (AG) Pay: Hourly $28.00 Schedule: Full‑time, Tuesday - Saturday, retail store hours Travel: Requires daily travel, may include overnight stays and national conventions within the United States one or more times a year. Responsibilities Serve as a brand ambassador, fostering a positive image of Samsung through professional conduct, product expertise, and customer engagement. Develop and maintain a structured schedule to optimize productivity, ensuring timely store visits across multiple channel locations. Follow established store visit protocols, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining professionalism during interactions with retail partners. Implement cluster routing strategies to streamline travel, reduce time spent on the road, and enhance coverage of assigned territories. Serve as an expert on all Samsung mobile products and the ecosystem, demonstrating key features and benefits to customers. Oversee merchandising of Samsung displays, ensuring strict adherence to brand standards, lettermark guidelines, and visual presentation requirements. Conduct comprehensive training sessions for retail sales associates on Samsung mobile products and ecosystem. Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive unit sell‑out through planning, execution, and continuous improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers to align sales objectives and provide support. Drive the execution of field initiatives through daily store visits, ensuring alignment with multiple channel locations and execution of strategic priorities. Skills and Attributes Exceptional self‑motivation and ability to work independently, consistently meeting expectations without daily supervision. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, understand retail dynamics, and handle time‑sensitive and confidential business information. Ability to adjust and pivot in a dynamic environment, demonstrating mental and business agility. Strong communication and presentation skills to train and influence retail employees, maintain relationships with key partners, and engage customers. Professional image and demeanor in all interactions, aligning with Samsung’s values and representing the brand. Qualifications 4+ years’ experience in multi‑unit territory management, product training and demonstrations, retail concepts, merchandising, and displays. High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of directly related experience. Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Reliable transportation and state‑required minimum liability automotive insurance coverage. Daily travel required, may include overnight stays. Candidates must reside within the assigned territory or within a 5‑mile radius of the outermost store. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar systems.
