Responsibilities As a Part-Time Industrial Janitor, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout NXA Manufacturing, including: Clean and sanitize offices, desks, chairs, high‑touch surfaces, and doors daily. Sweep, mop, and maintain floors throughout offices, break rooms, and shop floor. Take out trash and recycling regularly. Clean and restock office and shop bathrooms daily. Maintain break room, including tables, chairs, coffee machines, microwaves, vending machines, and supplies. Clean windows, ceiling vents, and electric panels on a regular schedule. Assist with outdoor areas and parking lots; pick up debris and trash. Support pest control by monitoring traps and disposing of pests as needed. Identify and submit improvement opportunities; report safety deficiencies. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, lifting, and bending. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Reliability and ability to work independently. Commitment to safety and cleanliness in all work areas. Previous janitorial or industrial cleaning experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a non‑climate controlled environment.
