Job Description Summary Provide administrative support to service department Essential Job Functions Include: Assist Manager in all service-related paper flow and procedures. Open service work orders, track the progress of each by posting the related labor hours and sublet charges, review with Manager for accuracy and close them upon completion. Prepare and process all service invoices and credit memos in a timely manner and in accordance with policies established by the accounting department. Assist Manager on service-related phone calls and scheduling as needed. Monitor labor and other charges stored in work-in-process for accuracy, and to ensure the timely closure of completed repairs. Monitor and track all campaigns. Maintain mechanic information, driving records and monitor electronic logs. Track rental returns and coordinate with Manager to ensure timely repairs. Run the WIP report once a week to review with Manager. Education HS Diploma or GED Experience 1 or more years of experience in service and equipment industry, preferably with heavy equipment Skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Detail oriented with ability to multitask with frequent interruptions Communicate professionally and effectively within organization and with customers Compensation and Benefits This position offers a pay range of $28 - $34 hourly depending upon experience Complete benefits package to include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, both short-term and long-term disability, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays.
