We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. Key Responsibilities Manage and accurately order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment. Provide personalized care aligned with each resident’s individualized care plan. Perform nursing procedures, including wound care, treatments, and other essential duties. Maintain thorough and precise documentation of resident observations and care outcomes. Uphold resident privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards. Qualifications Current and valid LPN license in the State of New Jersey. Experience in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care is preferred, but not required.
