Senior Client Advisor - Rodeo Drive

Summary The Senior Client Advisor on Rodeo Drive delivers exceptional luxury client experiences and acts as a passionate brand ambassador. This role drives individual sales performance, develops client relationships through CRM and clienteling, and supports the store management team in daily operations and team development. Responsibilities Greet, listen to, and assist clients to exceed their needs while demonstrating product and brand knowledge Proactively identify cross‑selling opportunities across store product categories to maximize sales Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools to strengthen loyalty Support store operations including visual merchandising, stock procedures, cash activity, inventory, opening and closing duties Assist management with floor management, mentoring, and team development activities Requirements Proven experience in a similar fashion retail or customer service role with demonstrated KPI achievement Strong selling skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and ability to overcome objections Knowledge of luxury fashion trends and products, and ability to use digital retail tools and CRM Team‑player mentality, client‑centric approach, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Ability to be mobile for extended periods and lift packages up to 10 lbs on a regular basis #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
