Join an established periodontal practice in Chandler, Arizona that is expanding its specialty model by adding an endodontist. This is an opportunity to help build and shape the endodontic offering within a respected specialty environment that already sees meaningful endo demand. With support from Specialized Dental Partners handling the operational infrastructure, you can stay focused on patient care, clinical excellence, and building strong referral relationships in a high-growth market.

This role is especially well suited for an experienced endodontist who is excited by the opportunity to grow within an existing specialty platform. The practice is planning an initial schedule of two to four days per week, offering flexibility as patient volume continues to build. You will join a collaborative perio setting with existing clinical infrastructure, marketing support, and the ability to help define what long-term endodontic care looks like in this location.

Your Impact

You will help establish and grow endodontic care within a respected specialty practice, improving the patient experience while strengthening relationships with referring doctors. This is an opportunity to bring high-quality endodontic treatment into an existing perio environment and play a meaningful role in shaping the next phase of growth for the practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive endodontic care, including diagnosis and treatment planning
• Perform root canal therapy and related endodontic procedures to a high clinical standard
• Communicate effectively with referring providers and patients
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to support efficient patient flow
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Certificate in Endodontics from an accredited residency program
• Board-eligible or board-certified in Endodontics
• Eligible for licensure in Arizona
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
