Contract | 13 Weeks | 12-Hour Night Shifts | Every Other Weekend | Expected 72 Hours Biweekly (on-call hours not included)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting, delivering high-acuity nursing services during night shifts
• Float as needed between the ICU and Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Complete required onboarding assessments including Relias testing and a pass/fail telemetry test administered on the first day — failure of the tele test may result in assignment termination
• Document and manage patient care using the EPIC electronic health records system
• Adhere to facility protocols and standards consistent with a Trauma Level I environment

Required Qualifications

• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) — required
• Current Massachusetts RN License — required
• BLS and ACLS certifications — required
• Minimum 2–5 years of ICU experience — required
• EPIC experience — required
• Candidates must not be local to the facility area — local candidates are not being accepted
• Candidates must have been separated from the hiring health system for 6 or more months (permanent, per diem, or travel) to be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Trauma Level I facility experience strongly preferred; Trauma Level II experience may be considered
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
