The Role As a Therapeutic Adult Support Worker, you will: Deliver person-centred, therapeutic support tailored to individual needs Promote independence by supporting daily living skills (ADLs) such as cooking, budgeting, and personal careBuild trusting, respectful relationships that empower service users to make informed choices Support individuals to maintain safe, stable tenancies and positive home environments Enable access to education, employment, and community opportunities Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and multi-agency partners Maintain accurate, high-quality records in line with regulatory and organisational standards Act as a positive role model, demonstrating professionalism and emotional resilience Shift Pattern Full-time (40 hours) or part-time (24 hours) available Typical shifts include: Hours between 08:00 - 20:00 Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the individuals we support .
