New graduates accepted. Sign on and relocation bonus available. Location: San Angelo, TX. Job type: Full-Time. Shifts: Monday-Friday (8-5). Settings: Outpatient.

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join a collaborative outpatient care team. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based treatment, develop individualized care plans, and support patients in achieving optimal functional outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and physical modalities
• Progress patient care plans based on clinical reasoning and patient response
• Educate patients on treatment plans, goals, and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress notes
• Ensure billing reflects accurate coding of services provided
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor patient conditions, including indications and contraindications for treatment
• Supervise and mentor physical therapy student interns and support staff as needed
• Maintain productivity standards while prioritizing quality patient care
• Communicate effectively with referring providers regarding patient history and treatment progress
• Assist with departmental operations, record maintenance, and general housekeeping duties
• Identify problems and implement safe, effective solutions in patient care
• Uphold professional standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory compliance
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active or eligible Physical Therapy license in the state of Texas
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience is preferred
• Open to new graduates; prior outpatient experience is a plus
