Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

Location: Greensboro / Winston-Salem Region, North Carolina

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 annually

Schedule: 4-Day Work Week (40 Hours Total)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a growing outpatient primary care team serving diverse communities. Spanish fluency is required for this role.

Under the supervision of a physician, the NP/PA will provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, diagnosing and treating illnesses, prescribing medications, ordering diagnostic tests, educating patients, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional care.

• Perform comprehensive medical examinations and patient assessments.

• Obtain and document medical histories, symptoms, and treatment plans.

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.

• Order, interpret, and review diagnostic tests and laboratory results.

• Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations.

• Educate patients and families regarding disease prevention, treatment plans, and self-management strategies.

• Develop individualized care plans and monitor patient progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.

• Respond to patient communications according to practice protocols.

• Collaborate effectively with physicians, clinical staff, and other healthcare professionals.

• Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and infection control standards.

• Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) certification.

• Active North Carolina license (or eligibility for licensure).

• Fluent in both Spanish and English.

• Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Minimum one year of experience in a primary care or outpatient setting.

• Experience working with Hispanic or underserved patient populations.

• Experience living in a Latin American country for at least five years.

• 4 days per week

• 10-hour shifts

• 32-35 hours of patient care weekly

• 5-8 hours of administrative time included within the 40-hour work week
