AssemblerLocation: Hagerstown, MDPay: $16/hour + Overtime AvailableShift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (OT as needed)Job DutiesAssemble door hardware and security products according to specifications and work instructionsUse hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficientlyInspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are metRead and follow production orders, blueprints, and assembly instructionsPackage completed products for shipmentMaintain accurate production records and quality documentationKeep work area clean, organized, and safeAssist with other production and manufacturing tasks as neededRequirementsAbility to use basic hand and power toolsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shiftAbility to lift up to 50 lbs as neededBasic math and measurement skillsReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred (Not Required)Previous assembly or manufacturing experienceExperience working in a production environmentFamiliarity with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assemblyExperience with quality inspections or production processesWork EnvironmentManufacturing environment.
