CANDIDATE PROFILE:

We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes:

• Business Model: Logistics Services
• Functional: COO of a $75mm-$200mm business, or #2VP of Operationsof a $200-500mm revenue business
• Orientation: Operational orientation is required
• Private Equity: Preferred
• M&A: Integration experience preferred
• Tenure: 15+ years of progressive career success
