Executive Director – Pipeline (No Current Opening)Location: Midwest Region (Flexible for Future Opportunities) Agemark Senior Living is building a pipeline of future Executive Director talent across our communities. What You Bring: * Proven leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related fields. * Experience managing people, budgets, and operational performance. * Approachable, collaborative leadership style—skilled in coaching and accountability. * Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. * Comfort with technology, including MS Office 365 and web-based systems.
