This role leads day-to-day Residences operations, supports Front Desk and Housekeeping, and serves as a trusted point of contact for owners and residents. We’re currently searching for a Residences Supervisor who is warm, organized, and service-minded, with the leadership skills to oversee daily operations, coach and develop team members, and maintain the highest standards throughout the Residences. About you...* Supervise Front Office and Residences operations, ensuring consistent service, operational, and accounting standards.* Act as the Residences Manager on Duty in their absence and maintain a visible presence in the lobby and at the Front Desk.* Build strong relationships with owners, residents, brokers, and Exclusive Resorts members while responding promptly to requests and resolving concerns.* Coordinate VIP arrivals, special requests, owner communications, and resident feedback to deliver a seamless experience.* Support the Residences Manager with team hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, and performance development.* Oversee housekeeping operations, including daily assignments, unit inspections, arrivals, turndown, and adherence to brand standards.* Partner closely with Engineering and Operations to ensure residences and shared spaces are safe, well-maintained, and guest-ready.* Assist with unit inspections, preventative maintenance, permits, owner documentation, and other Residences projects.* Support purchasing, invoices, owner communications, website/newsletter updates, and other administrative responsibilities.* Help uphold the vision, mission, and service standards of 1 Hotels while fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and exceptional hospitality.**About us...**As a mission-driven company, our purpose is our true north, and our compass guides the way.
