Look Good Online helps small businesses improve how they show up online. We build professional websites and provide local marketing services designed to help businesses get found on Google, build their reputation, and generate more customers.

We're growing in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and looking for a local sales representative to help us build our client base.

This is not a call-center position.

You'll have the freedom to build your own pipeline. Visit local businesses and talk to owners face-to-face, make calls, network, follow up with leads, or use a combination of all of the above. If you see a local business that could look better online, that's a potential client.

What You'll Do

• Prospect small businesses throughout DFW
• Visit businesses and pitch owners or decision-makers in person
• Make outbound calls and follow up with potential clients
• Show business owners what Look Good Online can do for them
• Build and manage your own pipeline
• Close new clients onto monthly marketing plans
• Keep a simple record of businesses you've contacted and the outcome
  

You'll have flexibility in how you sell. We're more interested in conversations, relationships, and closed business than hitting an arbitrary call quota.

Pay & Commission

This is a 1099 commission-only position with uncapped earning potential.

You'll earn commission for every new client you bring to Look Good Online, plus recurring monthly commission as your client base grows.

The idea is simple: you're not starting from zero every month. Build a strong book of clients and your recurring commissions build with it.

First-year earning potential: $35,000–$100,000+
There is no salary, draw, or guaranteed income. Actual earnings depend entirely on individual sales performance, client mix, and retention.

We'll explain the complete commission structure, recurring payouts, and long-term earning potential during the interview.

Your Schedule

Minimum commitment is 10 hours per week.

When you work those hours is largely up to you. This is an independent sales role, so we're looking for someone who can manage their own time and stay productive without someone standing over their shoulder.

Because this position involves developing the DFW market, you should be comfortable getting out and meeting local business owners in person.

Who We're Looking For

Sales experience is helpful, but it's not required.

We're more interested in finding someone who can walk into a business, start a conversation with the owner, understand what they need, and confidently explain how we can help.

You should be:

• Comfortable approaching and speaking with business owners
• Willing to prospect both in person and by phone
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Able to hear "no" without letting it ruin your day
• Comfortable following up instead of expecting every sale on the first conversation
• Organized enough to maintain your prospect list
• 18+ and authorized to work in the United States

The Honest Part

This is commission-only. There is no hourly wage, salary, draw, or employee benefits.

It also takes time to build recurring income.

If you need guaranteed money every Friday, this probably isn't the right fit.

If you're comfortable selling, want control over your schedule, and like the idea of building a client base that can generate recurring commissions month after month, we'd like to talk to you.
